Hello dear ones,
The passing week, two of our dear fellow members of the Green School Village, had the amazing opportunity to travel to Sweden, in order to participate in the course for permaculture teachers. The course will take place in the permaculture school called “Holma”, whose members are dear friends and colleagues of the Green School Village. Our fellow members, Ellen and Veselin will become teachers of permaculture and will be certified by the Nordic Permaculture Academy. I will use the chance to congratulate them publicly. I am very excited to hear about the experience they had and the knowledge they will bring back.
My working field this week was in translating materials mostly. As I mentioned in my last blog, I wanted to translate and modify the summary/ checklist for the climate factors chapter, so I did that. I also noticed that some of the materials I have done in Photoshop so far, were done just in English, so I made also Bulgarian versions, of those that didn’t have one.
I got the idea to search and read some examples of social games for connection and acquaintance, so I can find some inspiration to create some similar games but with the subject of permaculture, in order to use them in our teaching sessions. I am a believer that many things can be learned in the process of play and movement.
It feels like the nature is waking up slowly, and we are having a wonderful weather and mood. I hope you are all also doing very well. Until next week.
